The HBCA meets no less than 6 times per year. We will have board meetings every 6 months and 2 public meetings per year. The public meetings will occur in the spring and fall of the year. You will receive an email with the time, date, location and agenda a week a head of time.

Yes! We hold 2 public meetings per year. These public meetings will consist of important agenda items as well as enrichment initiatives. For example having an expert come present on an topic or a local business who’s food we can sample.

You will receive an email for each meeting a week ahead of time, where you will then be able to submit an official question that we will address in the meeting. The HBCA is responsible for maintaining the neighborhood from 69th street to 72nd street east of Biscayne. We are currently in the middle of surveying the community to establish our main pillars of concern. Those will be updated here!
